Day 37 of our on-the-job training was busy as we transitioned from the proficiency diagnostic examination phase to diving headfirst into our graphic design assignments. Our morning commenced with a productive session led by Ma'am Cyril Montales, where she provided us with a comprehensive overview of our tasks for the day. Following this, she delegated individual assignments tailored to our respective skill sets.

My particular task involved crafting a graphic design template for the publication materials highlighting an event organized by the DICT - Region V, showcasing the eGovPH super app and its role in optimizing LGUs services. After the meeting with Ma'am Cyril, we were also honored to engage in a meeting with the assistant of the regional director of DICT - Region V. Here, we had the opportunity to contribute our insights and ideas towards conceptualizing the design for the regional director's office, along with identifying essential systems required, such as an efficient file management system.
As the afternoon unfolded, our learning journey continued with a discussion on advanced techniques and skills in Microsoft Excel, delivered by one of the proficient employees of DICT.
