At the start of week 13 during my OJT at DICT Region V - Regional Office, our customary virtual flag ceremony commenced on Monday, uniting employees from various DICT offices across the Philippines. After the ceremony, I received a task from Ma'am Cyryl to seamlessly integrate a caricature of Ma'am Rachel Ann Grabador, crafted by Mr. Jeff Beck Lim, into the existing Women in ICT design for the newspaper. Additionally, I was tasked with creating a fresh graphic design for the page. Over the next two days, my focus was dedicated to sourcing cartoon elements that harmonized with the caricature's style, culminating in the initial layout of the Women in ICT feature.
